Well done Sainsburys

I've just been reading a news article about a well known supermarket who had an employee who was diagnosed with Alzheimers. They supported her and made changes to her job so that she was able to continue and to feel valued until she was not able to do anything in the workplace.
Well done to both the lady with Alzheimers and the supermarket.
I know from experience that they support shoppers with dementia well too.
I wish my employer had been as supportive a few years ago
