Not sure if this is the right place to post this...
But me, my sister and my nephew (only 21mths old) have signed up to do the memory walk at virginia Waters, on 14 September. I am sure there are meny of you that are doing these walks, but we feel so good and are very excited - finally we are doing something positive.
It will be easy for Josh, if he gets tired he gets into the pushcahir - but me and Angie will have to push him - lets hope it is not as hot as it was this weekend
We really want to raise awareness for this illness - people just don't understand what it is like to lose someone but they don't actually die, because that is how it feels to us. Mum looks like Mum, but it really isn't our Mum. We also want to raise awareness to the fact that anyone of any age can be affected.
So we are doing this not just for our mum, but for every sufferer, carer and those with loved ones, like us, that have this dreadful illness.
