Using app to scan for how to.........

Please please can you help me? On the recent programme - the truth about living with denentia, it showed a lady using her ipad to scan pictures placed around her home with instructions on how to do things eg, making a cup of tea.

does anyone know what this app is as i could desperately use it for my husband.

I didn't watch the programme
but just searched "dementia app how to make a cup of tea" and got quite a few suggestions
one was this

as I went to the website for the programme thinking there might be details there of anything mentioned in the programme, but couldn't find anything
