well the morning session in the cafe went well
naomi from the Alz Society came and spoke to my friends
I was hoping for more people to be there but I found it beneficial and gave me more confidence about tonight which is the big event!

feel a bit paniccy but going to have some lunch and a rest before i do anything else!
