Thoughts on renting…..

I recently posted about selling the family home and where I stood with my husband in a nursing home with CHC in place. Just the thought of selling and buying at the same time is a bit overwhelming and if I sold and rented for a year would this be making things more difficult for me down the line?

Shouldn't do, may reduce your capital ( & Purchasing power later)
Only problem would be seperating finance- any procedes of sale would have to be split 50/50, and if his CHC was withdrawn ( Dont count your chickens!) he would have funds to self fund
.if you can bear it, buy and sell atthe same time, solicitors usually good at co-ordinating both
