i would just like to thank all concerned in letting me have an interview with the "Community Care magazine"to raise awareness about Demetia. It is so so important for me to do as much of this as i can so we can all hopefully change things regarding attitudes and the Stigma surrounding it.
Since starting my blogs and writing my stories and poems i have had many people contact me saying it not only helps friends/relatives and loved ones understand what others have been going through but also i have had a few proffesionals asking if they could use my writings and poems for teaching purporses. I am both honoured and humbled by this as i am just a normal northern lad who is lucky enough to live in Devon and just wants to help as much as i can whilst i can.
