I am not sure how but I put the iPad on and Teepa Snow's webinar came up on YouTube. I was looking for something else.
It was an hour and a half although I paused it a couple of time.
Questions involved, incontinence, why and really good tips to manage it.
Anger at carer because not needing care.
Calming agitation by using a figure of eight massage on back.
The advantages of using a deeper voice.
Avoiding using the word Dad on occasions.
