Hello, Im new here. My husband has MCI & i feel so stressed. Any advice?

Hello @Christine Julia and welcome to the Dementia Support Forum. This is a friendly place and members are happy to provide advice and support if they can. A diagnosis of MCI can be worrying, although it does not always progress to dementia, and you might find the information in the link below useful. Could you perhaps tell us a little more about whether there is something in particular that you are feeling stressed about at the moment as I'm sure that members will be able to offer advice, and sometimes just knowing that there are others here who understand can help.

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI)

Mild cognitive impairment is when a person starts to have problems with their memory or thinking. It can be a sign of a disease that will eventually cause dementia but MCI is not dementia and can be caused by other health problems.

Hello @Christine Julia. I am sorry to read about your husband’s diagnosis.
My husband is just awaiting tests over the next couple of weeks, so I understand the stress.
I have found this forum a great support and I hope you do too.
