So much choice, so little time

My mum has been admitted to hospital and the care home where she has been living for the past year are now saying they cannot safely meet her needs any longer and she cannot return. The hospital say there is no medical reason to keep her and, to be honest, I just want to get her out of there as soon as possible. This means I am caught between finding a home, as quickly as possible, and ensuring I make the correct choice to ensure she is safe and cared for for the foreseeable future, without the need to change homes again. There are so many homes out there; how on earth can I possibly make a choice of this magnitude at speed. Does anyone have any advice and guidance they can give me? Can anyone recommend a good home in SE London/NE Kent? Many thanks
