My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about 5 years ago. She's lovely but wakes up 3/4 times in the night to go to the loo. I have to go with her just to check what she's done. She may need 'cleaning up'. Any ideas what can be done to help her sleep. As her Carer my sleep deprivation is giving me some issues (fatigue!).
