I've noticed that in the last few weeks especially, mums sleeping patterns are getting worse. Dad says she will get up early and just sit with torch on and do nothing. Then she is down by 6am or sometimes several hours later, but sleeping during the day. She will drift off but awake quickly. It is affecting our sleeping as we are disturbed by mums lack of sleep at night.

Is there anything we can do to help her sleep better at night?
