I'm rather confused just at the thought. What would be the point?

Joanne - I'm assuming it would be something related to capacity to dispose of assets or similar.

If it was, and it was in conjunction with some kind of legal claim, I can see the point.

But if so, probably best not to disclose any details on the forum.
