Recently diagnosed with VMCI

Hi All,
im Mark 56years old just been diagnosed with VMCI, big shock to system. Knew something wasn't right but my family knew more than me, took me time to admit it.
Was told last week of Diagnosis and would send letter to me and my Drs seem to be very anxious that was told a letter was coming out but still no letter is this normal to be inpatient as never usually.
both my parents had Alzheimer's and deep down they say its not hereditary but!

Give it a day or two, GP is often informed by email (only just changed from fax!) with patient getting letter a few days later.
