Thanks for your lovely replies, sorry no strawberries left, he really enjoyed them.
Sadly he doesn't really eat much now, but we treasure this memory.

Photo 2 taken August 2013. Asleep most of time, if not wails and shouts, cannot feed himself at all.
Photo 3 taken June 2013. Can feed himself with help and encouragment, finger foods only.

It,s only by looking at these we realise how bad things are.
