My mum needs carers and they visit 3 times a day. She gets very upset and angry when they have to clean her. (She is bed bound) I wonder if she would be better off in a care home and if they would be able to cope with her resistance to personal care better. She shouts and trys to hir the carers despite being frail.

Also, carers in a dementia care home are better trained and have more experience with people with dementia than home care carers, so they are often better at knowing how to approach it.
