My brother and I have been caring for our parents for several years. I am 5 hours away, brother is less than an hour but his wife has advanced Parkinson's. Parents refuse all outside help and wont move. Is it okay when you just say DONE. They are 90 and 93. Ew sorry, not much of an introduction but i just cant go and live with them for another month. I now have migraines.

Yes. Contact Social Services and tell them you cannot be responsible for the care of your parents any longer.

I am so sorry to read of your parents situation, and both of them with dementia will be extremely challenging for sure. As @Grannie G has said, you do not have to be responsible for the care of your parents certainly where it has got to the stage that your own health is being affected like it is. Do please follow up with Social Services so they will arrange the appropriate care for them.
