    Dear Hugh,
    Congratulations for "Keeping on keeping on"! It can be SOOOOO hard sometimes. Remember that (not very cheerful but very accurate!!) saying of our parents' generation" "What doesn't kill you will make you stronger". The stronger you get, the better you cope. Thinking of you and sending you strength to keep going.
