Non standard construction - Equity Release

Hi All,
I have read an old post regarding Equity release for a Non standard house from 2017.

Has anyone had any recent dealings with Equity Release for a Non standard timber framed house.

Hi @wishfully the only thing I know about equity release is that it can be more costly than you think. Google risks versus benefits of equity relief and read an independent site rather than an ad or involved company. I saw a discussion re this a while ago on a consumer program and there seem to be lots of pitfalls. good luck
