Hello, I am new to the forum and can see already what a wealth of information and support it offers. My mother has dementia which is getting worse, I have asked for her to be reassessed. She makes life very difficult indeed for my frail father. I am thinking that at some stage she will need to be in a care home that can cope with her needs but am not sure how the system works to progress this. Any advice would be gratefully received.

It`s really tough watching the deterioration and I hope you will find this forum helpful and supportive.
