New on here. Im 24 and a full time carer for my grandma who has dementia. Took over caring from my mum who has to care for stepdad after a triple bypass.

so keep on posting, hope your stepdad is on the way to recovery soon, really great you have been able to "step into mums shoes" in looking after your grandma, try to make sure you get a bit of "me" time as it is so easy to go into carers meltdown.
