I find most tesxts and support resources refer to one person being cared for. Caring for two creates different challenges. Most of the time I work alone and find the loneliness in decision making particularly difficult.

I cannot see how that is sustainable for any time. I hope you have had them assessed and that social work are involved. You should have a big care package .

Thanks for the reply, I find I do struggle so it is helpful to hear your views. The care package is small, they have been resistant and send carers away, though this is improving. I'm at the stage of stepping it up, but have felt guilty. Thanks again for your time.
