Hello @Caringwife and welcome to the Dementia Support Forum. You've come to the right place for friendly support and to read about other peoples experiences, although bear in mind that not everything you read here will apply to every person with Alzheimer's, or to those with other types of dementia (which are all covered by this forum). Progression can take place at different rates, some symptoms may appear but others may not, everyone is different but there is always someone here to listen, offer support and helpful suggestions if you need it. It's good that you've found us and any questions, just ask.
