New member wanting help

Hi
My name is Luke
I have been having memory issues for a few year’s and never thought anything of it just thought it was just me . But recently I forget simple things and even using my phone I sometimes stare at it and ha e to really think what I’m doing before I can do a simple task on my phone. My partner has looked online and she says I may have a few signs of early onset Alzheimer’s. I just would like to get diagnosed or speak with someone who can help

The best thing to do in this situation is have a chat with your GP. Many treatable conditions, such as depression, stress, thyroid problems, vitamin deficiencies etc., can cause dementia like symptoms so it's important to have a check-up. Please don't cause additional stress by jumping to the immediate conclusion that it's dementia. On the other hand, if it is dementia then a diagnosis may open up support for you.
