Hi, my name is Fiona and my dad who’s 91 and lives alone has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. I am his sole carer and live about an hour away from him.

I am sorry to read of your Dad's diagnosis. It's tough for sure being sole carer, particularly you living a little distance away.
