Thanks Norman,

If only ALL homes were made to comply with these very sensible and very attainable aims and objectives then carers would not have to face the minefield which is the current situation in many homes. I cannot believe that the enormous costs now being paid for residential homes cannot be translated into such practical and sensible measures. Far too many homes are a long way from reaching this standard and the CSCI inspection teams seem happy to pass on the most basic of standards. xxTinaT
