Maria, there's no harm done by crying - and a lot of good. It's a natural form of release - don't fight it if that's what you need to do..... 'doing well' doesn't mean not crying.....
Maybe tomorrow, or the next day, or next week, there will be a little something, a memory, a feeling, a thought maybe which brings a little smile.... and you might be surprised you can smile, and that may bring a tear too..... but in a different way....
