My Mum had Lewy body dementia sge passed 6 years ago and im still struggling with my grief

Hello and welcome first of all from me and all of us I'm sure.
Really don't know what to say, our children, my wife passed away a while back we all still struggle but I want them to get over it, I picked my partner for love, they didn't pick us as parents.
Hardest thing my mum had to go through was my older brother dying, something wrong in nature a child dying before a parent was how she put it.
Miss her and my now late wife everyday, just finding it hard but life has to go on somehow. K
