You are right chick. There are no really big problems with hubby at the moment.
I think it came as such a shock I panicked and tried to look too far into the future

I need to take it one step at a time

First step - organise PoA :)

I take each day as it comes :) concentrate on the things hubs and I can still do, rather then what he can't . Once medicated for AZ it prolongs and slows it down . Just live to the full and enjoy each day xx

Wise words chick
BTW, I dont think there are any meds to slow down FTD like there is with Az, but thats true of vas D too.

John has mixed AD and vascular . He takes blood thinners and statins and blood pressure tabs to prevent TIAs but his vascular is spreading . You are right there's not really much else for FTD or Vas . Xxx
