(((((Nancy))))) I hope you can take some comfort in the fact that because you did write that letter you have warned others to the problems that occured. Not everybody would have the guts to complain, in fact some would not have the energy to, but thankfully from somewhere you felt it right and correct to fight on despite your desperate situation and upset. In your own way you have helped many others and there are those that would truely thank you for doing it.
