Some good advice from a solicitor who, unsurprisingly, suggests spending £500 or more for a professional to prepare the documents. That's a matter of choice as I found the online system made it easy to do without engaging a solicitor.

i Seem to be having trouble getting my parents to sign a power of attorney. In fact, one diagnosed and one waiting for memory clinic.

in truth I’m having trouble accepting mums diagnosis as the questions of memory test, seemed particularly hard. it was sad she couldn’t answer any.
