I'm not sure how to ask for help

I’m not sure how to ask for help in here?
My mum has Alzheimer’s and was admitted to hospital ten days ago with suspected meningitis- since then she has got worse- now she isn’t responding- is she in later stages?
I’m not getting any answers?
She went in I’ll but responded now she just sleeps all the time ? Sx

Summer 15, I wish I could help but despite Mum having been in hospital a couple of times I have no experience of Meningitis.
Have her Drs spoken to you? Perhaps you could talk to her Case Manager on the ward?
