I made the pudding!

Tonight we had the summer pudding that I made by myself.
Might not sound a great achievement but for me it was and it turned out ok too. We had about 20 people for tea tonight and only one person didnt like it so I was encouraged

I think harriet picked the blackberries Fred picked the redcurrants
I find it difficult to follow recipes these days but on this occasion I didn't leave out any vital ingredients
I am cooking lunch on Sunday

Sarah summer pudding is gorgeous. I`m really jealous . I could eat a whole one right now. And making it for 20 people is amazing.

I`m making strawberry flans with whipped cream tomorrow. Not for myself but for the Garden party at Dhiren`s home.
