Hello
I’m a power of attorney for a neighbour who has quite severe dementia (v little short term memory and muddled conversation)

She lives on her own with carers visiting her twice daily and I would like to arrange home insurance for her. She smokes but so far is safe in terms of using an ashtray and she only has meals cooked for her by microwave or grilll.

Is anyone in a similar position who has arranged home buildings/contents insurance as I’m so far struggling to find an insurer willing to offer cover. Thanks in advance.
