    I was recently diagnosed with EOAD at 58, and have just received esa50 form from the DWP has anybody got any expeiriance of filling out this form finding it very confusing.

    I just replied to youe earlier post and as you will see I have guy coming round Tuesday. if it will help you and is ok I will try and remember ha ha! ( will write meself note) to ask him about your form and ask for ideas.

    I asked ageuk to do all forms, both for husband ( dementia) and myself ( not dementia!) and all applications were successful with minimal worry for me. Strongly recommended!

    Raptor, phone age uk on 0800 169 2081 tomorrow after 9am and explain you have EOAD and ask if someone can come and help you with your forms. They will help you with all your forms and support you through and you won't have to worry
