I am new to the group so hello to every one, can anyone offer any suggestions My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s approx 3 years ago and was placed on Donepezil 10mg she has been fine, but I have noticed a deterioration in her memory, ability to undertake any chores in and around the house, and lack of interest in any outside activities Doctor’s tall me no other medication other than the Donepezil which is clearly beginning to loose its effectiveness, Can anyone offer a suggestion ?

You may be right about the Donepezil. This sounds like the progression of her dementia and there's probably nothing you can do, except adapt. And get more help.
No medical suggestion.
On a practical side does anybody have LPA (lasting power of attorney)?

Im afraid that donepezil does not halt the progression of the dementia, it just stimulates the brain so that they can make better use of what they have.
The dementia will still progress and there is nothing (yet) that can prevent it.
