Thank you Sparrow10 - yes I do agree with you but somehow it's easier to talk on here than to those close.

Hopefully this week will prove a bit better in getting some help.

Mum often says to me, she is going mad..i just tell her she has a few memory problems and should be expected at 80yrs old
then change the subject, normaly ask her about something that happened years ago like her dog that use to meet her from school

she soon forgets about the illness and talks about old fly the dog
