I was sent this link from a wonderful staff member of Alzheimers Scotland. She asked me to attend a meeting on Tuesday but I have no one to deal with John or get him off to daycentre. I did read their strategy and it all looks good especially the extension of Link workers after diagnosis which I found very helpful.
