Missed it.what a shame.

Saw today's headline on The Express, "scandal of tax on Dementia". Looking it up, I came across some scathing comments about The Express's obsession with Dementia. Do they cynically use the word Dementia to sell the paper, or are they genuinely trying to make a difference?
