Feeling Sad Today

Hello Everyone.

Just letting you all know that today is not an easy day today because it four years ago that dad received his diagnosis. He passed away in June and sometimes it still feels fresh. It doesn't help with ne having a cold but I should feel better later with my new pupil.

It's just the memories of course there were difficult times but I made a lot of special memories that you can only make when caring for someone with dementia.
