Hi
Havnt been on here for a while.Wife 67 in early stages in fact I think very early stages,No great problems just repeating things and forgetting things mainly what day it is,just little things .She still cooks the odd meal although I keep a close watch,Often wish I had a crystal ball and see how long before things worsen.Have been told by a couple of specialists that the younger someone is the quicker the slide, but no one can really no,just takeing one day at a time and right now things are pretty good.Wife attends society day care three times a week and loves it so im gratefull for that.I actually think im the one not handling things as well as she accepts it which is good,
Anyone there in a similar situation would love to hear from you.

Hi there. I'm not at a similar stage, my husband's dementia is more advanced. I thought I'd just say hi as I'm awake!

It's good that your wife enjoys day care. Please enjoy the good times you have. I gave up worrying what tomorrow will bring some time ago!

Take care.
