I was on the Embankment early this morning helping my niece, who works for a children's charity, set up a runners 'cheer point' for the London Landmarks Halfway marathon and amongst the various charity groups there I spotted a 'Dementia Carers' flag.
Here's a link to their website which has some useful resources. They run various free on-line courses for unpaid family carers on topics such as sundowning, delirium, moving to a care home and taking care of yourself. They also have podcasts including early onset dementia and returning to work after caring:
