Debbie Abrahams: ..., and I know that the Minister recognises that. I
genuinely welcome the Government’s victims strategy and have
considerable regard for the Minister, who was formerly my co-chair of
the all-party group on *dementia*. However, like many of many of my
colleagues, I am concerned that, more than three years since the promise
was made to legislate for a victims law, we are still waiting for1111
