Chat Room

Tried to log into chat room but I can't access it Using AP it appears

I am on my iPhone
I went onto main site
"Clicked" chat room
Message "chat room not open"
Saw I had to log on - so did
"Welcome 2jays"
Main page comes up
I clicked chat room
"Chat room is closed"

"You need to be logged on to use chat room" type message

Logged on again
Click chat room
"Chat room is closed"

And round and round and round......

Worked for me by clicking the link in Serena's post and it opened in a new page. Is that worth a try?

Edit to say that I did read somewhere it has to be done on the main site and not the app...

Hi 2jays,

Thanks for your comment. As far as I'm aware, members can't see the chat room when they're using the app, because the chat room uses a different piece of software.

Are you able to log in using an internet browser?
