The Press Team is looking for a woman who would be happy to talk to national media (print as well as broadcast, possibly live) about their experiences of caring for a loved one with dementia at the same time as being a working mother.
Ideally this woman will have a relatively young family, with children living at home, work full time and also be responsible for caring for either of her parents who have dementia. Perhaps she spends some of her evenings caring, as well as most of her weekend and may well have to drop her work commitments at the last minute to support him/her too.
This is for a national media story we will be launching with Alzheimer’s Society at the end of April, so this person would need to be available for interviews for during the w/c Monday 25 April.
