hi all, we had an extremely difficult year last year with mam, she is now on continuing care in a unit which copes with people who are challenging, its still an up and down road but in the last couple of weeks she seems to be more on the ball coming out with some witty and funny comments, today we were at the beach watching the waves when she said "i think we should pool our resources and buy a caravan, we should do these things you know because you don,t live forever" I was flabbergasted as she has barely known what has been going on for the last year! I feel as if theres a message in there for us.
