Hi
I am new one here, registered a few minutes ago so sorry if this has been done.
My dad has Alzheimer's and my brother & I look after him in his own home. He is fine at the moment providing nothing happens that breaks his routine. He is also physically very fit and goes out for a long walk everyday.
Twice in the past month he has come home with stolen booty! Nothing expensive. a packet of biscuits one day and a pair of stick on soles for his shoes another day. He can tell me he has stolen them but does not know from which shop, otherwise I would go and explain and pay for them.
Has anyone had any experience of this and how is he likely to be treated if he does get caught?
