@Browny10 it would be good if it could be sent out to memory clinics as well because at ours we give families a welcome pack and we could include it ours.

Yes Baker17 I am intending to send packs out to every memory clinic next. The problem is that unlike GP practices there is no central data base of the 300ish Dementia Clinic postal addresses and so I am having to contact every trust and every memory clinic to establish their address which is taking time. If you can ask memory clinics to request a pack of leaflets giving their postal address directly to contact@dementiaguidance.co.uk that would help

Why not put pdf online and post the URL so members can print of copies to distribute.
I made a pdf, it was 2.71 Mb and too large to put on free hosting sites, I don't want o expose my personal site.

Thanks nitram, I have some lists of the names of Trusts and Memory Clinics which I have added your 190ish to. It is just a pain having to go onto each internet site and find their postal address, I am plodding through them but with full time caring time is limited.
