Care Homes in Somerset

Can anyone recommend a really good care home in Somerset? My mum has been in one for a year and half but I have never really been happy with it. It is so hard not knowing what other care homes are like and the last thing you want to do is move them if it's the wrong thing to do. Does a really good care home actually exist?

I wonder why it's against the rules? We are all so afraid of complaining because of the consequences, but this isn't right
