there are adverts on facebook for tops and other clothing that is being promoted as remembering alzheimers during the dementia week. i wondered if 1. they are giving some money towards the society 2. are they just using it to sell their products. they are using purple rather than blue for forget-me-not. it seems misleading to me.

I think that they are US companies. And I doubt if much of their profits go to research etc.

its just so misleading and with the dementia week coming up and the forget-me-not wearing.
