Mobile dentist who visit care homes

Hello
My mum is in residential care and I want to organise a yearly dental check up for her. I found a mobile dentist last year, but unfortunately she isn’t doing mobile visits anymore. I’m surprised the care home isn’t taking the initiative and organising this. My mum was in a different home before and there was no dental care plan in place there either. I had to source the dentist and arrange the visit. Is this the case in most care homes?
Does anyone know where I can find a mobile dentist who will visit a care home in the London area?

Perhaps you could contact Adult Social Care to ask if they know about mobile dentistry for those in care homes.

@Clarissa - you may find your local area has a Community Dental Team who may be able to help. Many care homes struggle to get dental treatment for residents who cannot leave the home.
